Ramiro Carvalho

Ramiro Carvalho is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and software industries. Currently serving as a Flight Test Engineer at Calidus, LLC since June 2022, Ramiro previously worked at Embraer from October 2000 to April 2020, specializing in DO 178 software verification and flight test engineering for aircraft certification. Earlier roles include Software Engineering Consultant positions at TACOM Sistemas Eletrônicos Ltda and Octus, where Ramiro focused on mission-critical software specifications, development, and communications protocols. Ramiro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, along with a degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
