Briann Guillen

BriAnn Guillen (Smith) is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, since July 2022, BriAnn revitalized the "Fun Committee" to enhance employee well-being and recognition. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations & Facility Administrator at Hidden Treasures Foundation, where program policy development and operational efficiency were prioritized, and multiple positions at New Hanover County, including Child Welfare Social Worker and Economic Services Caseworker. Additional experience as Human Service Specialist at Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and Community Psychiatric Support Specialist at Family Service and Guidance Center showcases adaptability across various social service sectors. BriAnn holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Kansas.
