Laura Fairchild

Laura Fairchild is the Owner and Founder of Fairchild Consulting, LLC (Organic Division), established in 2016, where expertise in organic certification is applied to simplify the certification process for organic businesses. Since 2013, Laura has served as an Organic Inspector for CCOF, ensuring compliance with USDA National Organic Program standards across various U.S. states and Mexico. As an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota Crookston, Laura is involved in the Veterans Sustainable Agriculture Training, promoting agricultural entrepreneurial opportunities. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Italian Masters and multiple Fairchild consulting ventures focusing on retail entrepreneurship and sustainable products. Laura's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, a Sustainable Farming certificate from Wild Willow Farm, and training from the International Organic Inspectors Association.
