Patrick Arndt has extensive experience in organic certification, currently serving as Handler Certification Manager at CCOF since October 2010, where responsibilities include training and managing certification staff while developing systems to enhance efficiency and job satisfaction. Previously, Patrick held roles as Handler Certification Supervisor and Handler Certification Specialist & Inspector at CCOF, and as a Handler Certification Specialist at Pennsylvania Certified Organic. Prior to entering the organic certification field, Patrick worked as Head Chef at Otto's Pub & Brewery. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
