Connie Perkins

Connie Perkins, PE, CFM is a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Supervising Engineer/Deputy State Floodplain Manager at the California Department of Water Resources, Connie previously held positions at the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, City of Sacramento, State Water Resources Control Board, and Regional Water Quality Control Board. With a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Connie specializes in stormwater quality, floodplain management, and water resources projects.
