Liz Smart

Liz Smart has extensive experience in business analysis and agile project management, currently serving as a Business Analyst at California Earthquake Authority since 2014. Prior to this role, Liz held positions as a Scrum Master at Eyefinity in 2013 and at ALLDATA from 2004 to 2013. Additionally, Liz worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Technical Writer at ALLDATA between 1999 and 2003. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Finance from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Marketing from Sierra College, with further education from California State University-Sacramento.
