Zachary Doolan, CPCU, ARM, currently serves as a Program Performance Analyst at the California Earthquake Authority since May 2016. Prior to this role, Zachary was a Senior Underwriter at Kemper from April 2004 to April 2016, achieving a notable 98% quality rating in 2015 and receiving nominations for Underwriter of the Year in 2013 and 2014 with PayneWest, Inc.
