Ryan Wheaton

Ryan Wheaton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded software development, cloud communication, and systems engineering. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at California Eastern Laboratories since March 2018, Ryan has also held roles including Engineering Lead and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on module/component groups and embedded software support. Previously, Ryan worked as a Senior Systems Engineer with the Cortet IoT controls group. Additionally, Ryan has contributed as a Technologist, Advisor, Consultant, and Instructor at DevelopIntelligence since 2009, and held leadership positions such as Lead Systems Architect at Houseparty and Director of Technology at SageFire, Inc. Educational qualifications include a degree from North Carolina State University.
