Kari Chinn

Kari Chinn, MBA, PHR has a strong background in learning and development and human resources. Kari most recently held the position of Director, Learning & Development at Vituity, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager, Learning & Development at the same company from May 2017 to March 2021.

Before joining Vituity, Kari had a long tenure at MedAmerica where they held various roles in human resources, including Senior Manager, Human Resources from January 2014 to April 2017. Kari'sprevious positions at MedAmerica include Manager, Human Resources & Administration, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Jr. Generalist, and Human Resources Assistant.

In 2003, Kari worked as a Tutor at the Making Waves After School Program.

Kari Chinn completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Biology and a minor in Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis. Kari later pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the San Francisco State University, College of Business from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Kari obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in March 2010 and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification from the Association for Talent Development in February 2022.
