Stephanie Benson is an experienced food and beverage operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at California Hotel & Casino since March 2022 and as Food and Beverage Manager at Main Street Station Casino, Brewery, & Hotel since September 2021, Stephanie has previously held various managerial positions, including Restaurant General Manager at Tony Roma's and Food and Beverage Manager at Affinity Gaming, LLC. Other noteworthy roles include Shiftleader at Applebee's and Service Manager at both COZYMELS and Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon. Stephanie's educational background includes attendance at the College of Southern Nevada in 2015.
