Jennifer Fleming Sebastian

Jennifer Fleming Sebastian has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Jennifer currently works as a Housing Finance Consultant at the California Housing Partnership. Prior to this, they held various roles at Mercy Housing, including Project Developer II, Project Developer, and Director of Supportive Housing. Jennifer also worked as the Programs Director at the City Heights Community Development Corporation, Manager of Social Services at Communities Advocating for Resident Empowerment (C.A.R.E.), and General Manager at Ant Training Center. Jennifer's career began in 2006 with the Peace Corps, where they served in multiple roles, including Micro Enterprise Development, Formal Business Educator/Education Consultant, and Trainer and Informal Educator. Jennifer started their career in 1999 as a Property Manager at Sumner Properties.

Jennifer Fleming Sebastian obtained a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at CSUSM College of Business from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management.
