Zorica Stancevic has extensive experience in the field of affordable housing finance and policy. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at A Community of Friends. In this role, they oversaw various projects related to affordable housing. From 2010 to 2015, Zorica worked as a Senior Housing Finance Consultant at the California Housing Partnership Corporation, where they provided expertise in affordable housing finance and policy. In 2016, they joined US Bancorp Community Development Corporation as a Project Manager, specializing in affordable housing tax credit investments. Zorica then returned to the California Housing Partnership in 2017, this time as a Senior Consultant. Throughout their career, they have been dedicated to ensuring that low-income individuals have access to safe and affordable housing options.
Zorica Stancevic has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy, Housing & Community Development at UCLA, attending from 2002 to 2004.
