Sam Aganov

Sam Aganov is a seasoned healthcare executive and educator with extensive experience in clinical management and business development. As the Founding Partner and CEO of Doctor Sam, a network of family-medicine based polyclinics, Sam has led the organization since 2021. Additionally, as the Founder and CEO of PsychDirectory and a Business Consultant/Executive Coach in private practice since 1997, Sam has leveraged expertise in psychology and healthcare. Academic roles include Associate Professor at the University of the Cumberlands and Adjunct Faculty at the California Institute for Human Science, where Sam holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Prior leadership positions include CEO at ISIDA Clinic, Vice President of Behavioral Health at Silver Lake Medical Center, and Executive Director at California Hospital Medical Center, reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing healthcare services across multiple specialties.
