Sean Esbjörn-Hargens

Sean Esbjörn-Hargens is the current Dean of Integral Education at the California Institute for Human Science. Sean has over 18 years of experience in integral education and has held previous positions at John F. Kennedy University, SUNY Press, the Integral Theory Conference, and the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice. Sean is also the founder of the MetaIntegral Foundation and the METAINTEGRAL Academy.

Sean Esbjörn-Hargens has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Sean also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Philosophy and Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. In addition, they are certified by Lectica, Inc. in Lectical Assessment for Coaches and Consultants and by Integral Coaching Canada in Integral Coach.
