Marvin E. Richards

Marvin Richards currently serves as General Counsel at California Lutheran University since 2023, following a similar role at Pacifica Graduate Institute from 2020 to 2023. Previously, Marvin served as Chief General Counsel at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, where strategic counsel was provided on legal and operational matters for the nation's seventh largest public housing authority. Additional experience includes positions as Deputy General Counsel and Executive Director at Cuyahoga Community College, Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves Judge Advocate General's Corps, and attorney roles in various law firms. Marvin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
