Xialu Chen

Xialu Chen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager at California Lutheran University since May 2021, Xialu previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Alltrust Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included developing HR policies, managing employment relationships, and overseeing talent acquisition strategies. Xialu's earlier experience includes roles at Lear Corporation as a C&B Officer, China Recruiting Officer, and Human Resources Supervisor, where significant contributions were made in payroll management, recruiting processes, and HR policy improvement.
