Ramond Doyley has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ramond currently serves as the Director of Operations at California Medical Evaluators since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Doyley Group Inc as a Lead Consultant starting from July 2019.

Before their role at Doyley Group Inc, Ramond worked at New York Blood Center for several years. From April 2013 to July 2016, they held the position of Supervisor of Hospital Services. In this role, they maintained strong customer relationships with 200 hospital customers in the Tri-State area and Pennsylvania. Ramond provided hospitals with detailed forecasting and analysis to help optimize their ordering and inventory management. Ramond Doyley, MHA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Hartwick College from 2005 to 2009. Ramond then pursued their Master of Health Administration degree at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In addition to their formal education, Ramond has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Prior to that, in July 2020, they obtained the Leading SAFe 5.0.1 (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in May 2020, they acquired the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
