Lucy Moreno Saenz has a diverse work experience in the field of data informatics and project coordination. Lucy started their career as a Project Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in 2009 and held the role until 2015. Following that, they joined San Ysidro Health Center as a Quality Management Senior Data Analyst, where they collaborated with healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals and implemented data-driven projects to improve performance and quality control. In 2016, Lucy joined the California Primary Care Association and gradually advanced to higher positions, such as Data Informaticist, Associate Director of Data Informatics, Assistant Director of Data Informatics, and ultimately Deputy Director of Data Informatics. Lucy Moreno Saenz obtained a Master's degree in Epidemiology/Biostatistics from Loma Linda University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from San Diego State University from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Lucy also obtained a certification as a PCMH Certified Content Expert from NCQA in September 2015.
