Sandra Birkman

Sandra Birkman has had a successful career in the finance and non-profit sectors. Sandra started as the Executive Director at the Imperial County Work Training Center in 1981 and held this role until 1991. Following that, they worked as the Assistant Director at the Private Industry Council of Imperial County from 1991 to 1998. In 1998, they became the Vice President of Finance at the California Primary Care Association.

Sandra Birkman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento. Sandra also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from United States International University in San Diego.
