William Blair

William Blair, CPP, has extensive experience in security and emergency response, currently serving as the Director of Security & Emergency Response for California Resources Corporation since December 2012. Blair has held various roles within the corporation, including Director of Security - Statewide Operations and Security Coordinator for all California Gas & Oil Operations, based in Long Beach. Prior to this, Blair had a notable career with the Long Beach Police Department, culminating as Chief of Detectives. Educational qualifications include attendance at the FBI Academy in Quantico and the Domestic Security Executive Academy, along with a Master’s degree in Emergency Services Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
