Andrew Pegan

Andrew Pegan is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching social sciences and history across various educational institutions. Since August 2017, Andrew has been a Social Science Teacher at the California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley, serving as a Dual Enrollment US History Teacher, US History Teacher, and Home Hospital Coordinator. Alongside this role, Andrew has been an Adjunct History Instructor at Citrus College and a Senior Lecturer at Loyola Marymount University, teaching various courses focused on social science and literacy. Prior teaching experience includes positions as an Academic Dean at Teach For America, a Middle School English, Drama, and Technology Teacher at Santa Ana Unified School District, and a History Department Head at Fusion Academy. Andrew holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in American History from Pace University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University.
