An Luo

An Luo, PMP, PhD, is a Technical Program Manager at Google since October 2021, focusing on building Gen-AI capabilities for devices and previously managing capacity forecasting and infrastructure for Google search. Concurrently, An Luo serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member teaching Project Management at California Science and Technology University. Prior experience includes Senior Technical Program Manager roles at Amazon Web Services, leading the Amazon SageMaker Canvas project and overseeing the Amazon Research Awards, as well as positions at Logitech and Striiv Inc., where responsibilities encompassed firmware and software management and human physiological studies. An Luo's career began as the Director of Algorithms and Data Science at NeuroSky. An Luo holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
