Nor Oropez

Nor Oropez has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. From 1997 to 2004, they worked as a Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank, where they oversaw various youth programs and staff. In 2004, they joined the California Science Center as a Manager of Camp and Outreach, and later became a Senior Manager of Public Programs, responsible for managing staff and programs including summer camps, outreach, floor demonstrations, and guest experiences. Since 2015, Nor has held the position of Director of Community and Public Programs at the California Science Center, and as of June 2019, they have been serving as the Director of Community and Exhibit Programs.

Nor Oropez attended UC San Diego from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
