Thila Menon

Thila Menon has a diverse work experience in the field of education and technology. Thila has held roles such as Director of Information Technology at California Southern University, Freelance Consultant and Instructional Designer as Self Employed, Student Services & Compliance Manager at California Institute of Management & Technology, and Program Manager at Innovative International College. Thila also worked at Bristol University as an Associate Academic Officer and Online Learning Coordinator, as well as at Kensington College as an Administrative Assistant.

Thila Menon completed a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2019-2020. Prior to that, in 2018-2019, they obtained a Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from the same institution. Thila Menon also holds a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Open University Malaysia, completed in 2015.
