Middle School Teacher at California Virtual Academies

Krissina Torres-Tucker is an accomplished educator with extensive teaching experience across various grade levels. Currently serving as a Middle School Teacher at California Virtual Academies since March 2022, Krissina previously taught 4th and 5th grades at Bullhead City Elementary School District from July 2016 to May 2022. Prior to that, Krissina held the position of Art Teacher at Humboldt Unified School District #22 and taught fifth grade at Coyote Canyon Elementary School. Additional roles include Substitute Teacher and Title I Aide with significant experience at Bullhead City Elementary School District, as well as serving as a SPED Aide. Krissina holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master's Degree in Reading Instruction from Grand Canyon University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Prescott College.
