Andrew Boyle

Andrew Boyle is an accomplished Contract Hydraulic Modeling Engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater management, currently engaged with California Water Service Company and Ursus, Inc. since September 2018. Boyle co-founded Utilimatics in March 2021, contributing to innovative solutions in the field. Prior experience includes serving as a Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager at Freese and Nichols, focusing on master planning, modeling, asset management, and impact fee assessments. Early career roles included civil engineering positions at Black & Veatch and a systems planning internship with the City of Austin. Andrew Boyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
