Andrea Johnson

Andrea Johnson has a varied work experience spanning over 16 years and includes roles in product and user experience design, project management, graphic design, web development, and production. Andrea'srecent experiences include working as the Director of Product at Visible Network Labs, a Senior User Experience Designer at BurstIQ, and a Freelance Product & User Experience Designer. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Creative Officer and UX/Product Designer at Jaywalk, a Retail Experience Consultant at Amazon, and a Software Trainer and Project Coordinator/Visual Designer at Apple. Andrea has also worked at the Arkansas Department of Information Systems and the AETN Foundation in web development and multimedia production roles. Andrea began their career as an Associate Producer at Dempsey Film Group. Throughout their career, they have displayed expertise in user research, product strategy and design, information architecture, usability testing, iterative prototyping, and user interface design.

Andrea Johnson completed a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly in 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Art Studio, Computer Science, and Theater from Vanderbilt University between the years 2001-2005. Andrea has also attained various certifications including Apple Certified Associate-iLife, Apple Certified Associate-iWork, Apple Certified Professional-Final Cut Pro, and Effective Communications & Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training. The months and years of obtaining the certifications are unknown.
