Regional Vice President, Success – Service And Support at Calix

Izzy Gomez serves as the Regional Vice President for Success in Service and Support at Calix since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading the strategy and execution for the Service Cloud and establishing a success roadmap for service and support business areas. Prior roles at Calix include Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success, where Izzy was instrumental in developing operational policies and driving adoption of the Revenue EDGE platform.
