Paul Rosset

Paul Rosset is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service operations. Currently serving as the Director of Escalation Support Services at Calix since March 2023, Paul previously held leadership roles at Salesforce, including Director of Technical Support, where responsibilities included managing support for complex Industry Cloud products. Prior to that, Paul was the Director of Global Product Support Operations at Vlocity and has a history of leading teams at Salesforce focused on support operations and customer success. Paul’s career also encompasses key positions at VerticalResponse, Topica, 365 Media, Trapezo, and Compaq Computer Corporation, showcasing a strong background in managing customer interactions and driving service improvements. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from San Francisco State University.
