Stephen Valenti

Stephen Valenti is an experienced sports reporter with a strong background in high school and amateur sports coverage. Currently serving as a part-time sports reporter at Reading Eagle Company since August 2013, Stephen covers high school girls volleyball and the amateur soccer team, Reading United AC, while also reporting on various professional, collegiate, and scholastic events involving Berks County teams. Additionally, since October 2013, Stephen has worked as a freelance sports writer for Calkins Media Incorporated, focusing on high school and local sports leagues. Previously, valuable experience includes a role as managing editor for The Setonian, where Stephen managed finances and advertising, and a sports reporting position covering Division 1 varsity teams at Seton Hall University. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Seton Hall University, earned in 2013.
