Osman Akçay has worked in various roles in the technology and communications industries since 1997. Osman began their career at Turkcell Superonline as an Operation Group Specialist. In 2000, they moved to Ixir, where they worked as a CallCenter Operation. In 2003, they joined Şekerbank T.A.Ş. as the Director of Alternative Distribution Channels. Osman then moved to Desmer Bilgi ve İletişim Hizmetleri Tic. A.Ş. in 2010, where they worked as the Technology & MIS Unit Manager. In 2016, they joined AloTech as the Sales Director and in 2018, they moved to Call Center Studio in the same role.
Osman Akçay is currently studying Bilgisayar Teknolojileri ve Programlama at Sakarya University.
