David Morrow has a diverse work experience in the construction and engineering industry. David started their career in 1985 as a Project Engineer at Andrews Survey & Engineering, Inc., where they gained experience in land surveying, civil/site design, soils testing, and permitting. In 1987, they joined Cullinan Engineering and held various positions, eventually becoming the VP/Director of Business Development. During their time at Cullinan, they worked on civil engineering projects, environmental permitting, land use permitting, and project management.
In 1999, Morrow joined Maguire Group Inc. as the Vice President - Regional Manager. David was responsible for P&L for the NE Regional offices, as well as project development, large account management, and strategic client relationships. David also oversaw marketing, proposal development, and managed government affairs and external consultant teams.
In 2012, Morrow joined Gilbane Building Company as a Project Executive, managing clients and leading project teams on public K-12 Chapter 149A projects. David worked closely with constructors, engineers, schedulers, and estimators during project development and construction management.
Since 2015, Morrow has been working at Callahan Construction Managers. Initially, they served as a Project Executive, managing clients, leading project teams, and providing preconstruction activities for new projects. David then transitioned to the role of VP, New York Operations in February 2020.
Prior to their career in construction and engineering, Morrow served as a Captain/EMT at Northbridge Fire Department from 1980 to 2012. Throughout their career, they have been actively involved in professional organizations and community affairs.
David Morrow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Central New England College from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they pursued Civil Engineering at Quinsigamond Community College between 1980 and 1982. David also holds a MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License from BBRS and an OSHA 30 HR certification from OSHA, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
