Thomas Lacaussague has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas started their career as an Animateur de colonies de vacances at the Fédération des Œuvres Laïques de Haute-Vienne, where they organized and managed daily activities for vacation programs.
Later, they worked as an Assistant Chef de Produit Terminaux mobiles et objets connectés at Orange, where they contributed to the design and validation of offers for mobile devices and connected objects.
Following that, they joined Ubisoft as a Financial Planning Trainee, gaining valuable experience in financial planning.
After that, they worked at Synomia as a Consultant Junior Data Analyst, providing guidance and training to clients on using their SaaS solution. Thomas then progressed to the role of Client Success Manager, where they managed customer experiences, provided support, and played a key role in product development and improvements. Thomas also served as a Senior Client Success Manager, leading projects and assisting teams in their digital transformation using data-driven approaches.
Most recently, Thomas is employed at calldesk as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they oversee callbot projects for major companies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in data analysis and a strong focus on customer success.
In addition to their professional experience, Thomas has also held various positions of responsibility, such as Trésorier du Bureau des Arts at Pix'Arts, where they managed the association's finances, and as an Ambassador for Microsoft at Neoma Business School's Rouen campus.
Thomas Lacaussague's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Lycée de l'Image et du Son d'Angoulême, where they earned their Baccalauréat with a focus on Economics and Social Sciences, specifically Mathematics. From 2010 to 2012, Thomas studied at Lycée Aliénor d'Aquitaine in Poitiers, pursuing a Bac +2 degree in the Preparatory Classes for Business Schools. Afterward, they enrolled at NEOMA Business School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Master's degree in Marketing. Additionally, in 2015, Thomas had the opportunity to study at Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea, as part of a semester abroad program focused on Management.
