Michaela Vlekken

Michaela Vlekken is a HR Strategist at Callexcell. Michaela has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in various industries including telecom, express delivery, and real estate.

Michaela started their career in 1994 as a Senior Financial Analyst at DHL Worldwide Express. In 1999, they moved to Orange Belgium and held the position of Director Reward, Performance & Real Estate for 18 years. In 2017, they became the HR Administration Manager at Thalys before moving to their current position at Callexcell in 2018.

Michaela is an expert in HR strategy and has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies that have helped Callexcell grow and succeed. Michaela is a strong advocate for employee development and is always looking for ways to improve the work environment for their team.
