Rahul Deshmukh

Rahul Deshmukh has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rahul began their career in 1994 as an Asst. Manager at Tata Steel and continued working there until 2001. Rahul then joined Mittal Steel as a Manager - Technical Services from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, they had a business internship at Boeing. Starting from 2007, Rahul worked at ZS Associates as a Consultant until 2010 when they were promoted to a Manager role, which they held until 2015. Rahul then joined Carson Analytics as a Director of Commercial Analytics from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Shionogi Inc., first as an Associate Director of Business Analytics for a brief period in 2016, and then as a Director of Business Analytics from 2017 to 2021. Rahul'smost recent role is as the Head of US Market Insights and Analytics at Calliditas Therapeutics AB, which they started in July 2021.

Rahul Deshmukh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University from 1990 to 1994. Rahul later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
