Richard Philipson

Richard Philipson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Richard currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Calliditas Therapeutics AB since 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at Trizell Ltd from 2016 to 2020, where they oversaw clinical and medical governance for gene therapy programs and clinical studies in oncology indications. At Takeda, they served as the Executive Medical Director from 2014 to 2016, responsible for early clinical portfolio development and serving as the Responsible Officer.
