Laurie Fitzwater

Laurie Fitzwater has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Callies Performance Products since November 2009. In this role, Laurie leads a dedicated team and previously held positions including Con Rod & Cam Production Manager and Special Projects, focusing on quality management and production operations. Prior experience includes a decade as Project Manager and Production Manager at ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Co., where Laurie led the consolidation of facilities and managed production lines. Laurie's career began at Cummins Engine Company, advancing through roles such as Tool Designer and Plant Production Manager over 15 years. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tiffin University and an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Terra State Community College.
