Anne Dawson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee development, training, and customer experience. Currently serving as a member of Women in CX ™ since March 2023, Anne is part of a pioneering community that fosters networking and personal growth for women in the field. At CallMiner, where Anne has worked since 2010, diverse roles culminated in serving as Senior Manager of Employee Development & Training and Senior Director of Customer Acceleration, focusing on employee onboarding, training programs, and customer success initiatives. Previous experience includes corporate training at Data2Logistics and significant contributions to process improvement at Qwest Communications. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Peru State College and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bellevue University.
