Jake Petersen

Jake Petersen has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Support Manager at CallTower since June 2015. Prior to this role, Jake was the Chief Executive Officer at True Vision Research, LLC from October 2006 to August 2008, and spent a decade at Convergys in various managerial positions including Operations Manager, Client Services Manager, and Project Manager. Jake holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems from Utah Valley University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
