Nikki Hall

Nikki Hall is an experienced professional in project management and technical support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as LNP Manager and Senior Implementation Project Manager at CallTower since April 2017, Nikki oversees the onboarding of new customers and manages multiple projects. Prior experience includes a role as Specialist I-ERC Transport Tech at Windstream, where responsibilities included technical problem resolution and customer advocacy in a fast-paced Network Operation Center. Additionally, Nikki worked at Paetec Communication as Spec I-ERA FCR Voice/Data, handling customer inquiries, incident reports, and providing excellent customer service across the Windstream Enterprise product suite.
