Alex Daniel Murphy has worked in a variety of professional roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Summer Intern at the United States Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela, where they worked in the Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) under the IT manager, Steve Abrams. In 2012, they were a Summer Intern at the United States Embassy in New Delhi, India, where they worked in the U.S. Consulate section. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern at Walton Isaacson and a Technical Specialist at Apple. Since 2018, they have been a Sr. Customer Support Engineer at CallTrackingMetrics. In this role, they have represented the company at Customer Contact Week, been a guest speaker for the CTM Virtual Summit, and presented an Apple Tricks & Tips slideshow to new CTM hires. Alex Daniel has also provided mentorship and guidance to frontline engineers and new CTM employees.
Alex Daniel Murphy's education history includes attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2017 to present, where they are studying Business Technology Administration. Prior to that, they attended Anne Arundel Community College from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Transfers Studies with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services.
