Bilal Mughal

Bilal Mughal is a telephony engineer and junior software engineer at Calltronix (K) Ltd. since August 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing existing CRM applications and addressing client issues. Previously, Bilal Mughal gained technical support experience as an intern in May 2022, collaborating with ICT support engineers, and further interned in May 2019, focusing on the installation and training of users on the 3CX telephony system. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Greenwich and various computing certifications from Oshwal College. Early education was completed at Khalsa Schools with a focus on IGCSE.
