Brian Mahood is an experienced operations and plant manager with a strong background in manufacturing and process improvement across various sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Calor Gas since October 2016, Brian has previously held key roles such as Operations Manager at Wyman Gordon and Owner of Hands-On Business Solutions. Brian’s expertise includes lean manufacturing implementation, profit and loss control, and the development of key performance indicators. With a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Paisley College of Technology and NEBOSH certification, Brian has effectively managed teams and operations in diverse environments, demonstrating a consistent focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
