Karen Phillips

Karen Phillips is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer at Calor Gas Ltd, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Karen served as HR Director for the Supply Chain at Nomad Foods from November 2010 to March 2024, overseeing the HR agenda for 14 manufacturing sites across various European countries and managing a team of 12. Significant achievements include the integration of Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s, as well as key acquisitions such as Findus, optimizing supply chain operations, and establishing the Supply Chain & Technical Talent Board. Earlier roles include positions at General Healthcare Group, AB InBev, RBS Financial Markets, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Unilever, The Automobile Association, and Thistle Hotels. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Employment Strategy from the University of Greenwich.
