Madeline Brown

Madeline Brown is an accomplished professional specializing in clean transportation and environmental systems. Currently serving as the Clean Transportation Lead Project Manager at CALSTART since June 2023, Madeline also holds a position as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Merced, where responsibilities include teaching upper division courses in Spatial Analysis and Modelling as well as facilitating discussions on sustainability. With previous experience as an Electric Utilities GIS Specialist at Merced Irrigation District, Madeline has developed expertise in geospatial technologies, project management, and education. A PhD graduate in Environmental Systems from the University of California, Merced, Madeline also possesses a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Technology from the University of Southern California and a BA in Geography from UC Santa Barbara.
