Regina Padagas

Regina Padagas has a varied and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Regina currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Calvary Hospital, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Benefits Manager in the same organization from May 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Calvary Hospital, Regina worked as an HR Payroll/Benefits employee at Central National Gottesman Inc. from September 2019 to the present.

Regina also spent several years at Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. as the HR Benefits Manager from September 2016 to April 2019.

Earlier in their career, Regina worked as an HR Senior Benefits Administrator at Health Care Navigator, LLC from April 2015 to September 2016.

Regina also worked as an HR Generalist/Benefits Coordinator at Citrin Cooperman from February 2014 to April 2015.

And finally, Regina began their career as an HR Benefits Specialist at American Stock Transfer & Trust Co LLC, where they worked from February 2012 to February 2014.

Regina Padagas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mercy University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Computer Information Systems at the same university. In 2010, they obtained certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities from the New York State Department of Financial Services.
