Traci Passmore

Traci Passmore joined Calvert in 2017 after serving on their Board of Directors for several years. Prior to joining Calvert, Traci served as a Project & Business Development Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Industry as well as spent 15 years with a large regional rental equipment company, Theros Equipment, as the Controller. Her vast experience in workforce management, business development, operations, finance, safety, industry and association involvement will be used to assist Calvert to manage and to continue to grow the business.

As an active industry participant, Traci is a member of Associated Builders & Contractors, Washington Building Congress, American Subcontractors, Property Management Association and serves on the Workforce Development Committee for ABC Metro. Traci previously served on the Board of Directors for HCCA, Calvert Masonry and various committees for ABC VA.

Traci is an integral part of the leadership team and is involved in the business growth initiatives for Calvert in the Virginia, DC and Maryland Region.
