John Jares

John Jares has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. John'smost recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at King Juice Co./Calypso Lemonade, which they started in September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Contract Manufacturing at TreeHouse Foods from June to September 2019. From January 2016 to February 2019, they held the position of Vice President of Procurement and Transportation at Greencore USA.

Before joining Greencore, John worked at SC Johnson as the Director of Contract Manufacturing, Americas from May 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing a manufacturing network of over 100 contract manufacturers across the Western Hemisphere. From January 2008 to May 2014, they were the Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing at Conagra Foods, overseeing a platform of 30 contract manufacturers for specific consumer foods brands.

John's earlier experiences include working as the Director of Global Manufacturing at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2005 to 2007, Plant Manager at Unilever from 2003 to 2005, Plant Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from 2002 to 2003, and Manager of Operations and Contract Manufacturing at Tropicana Products, Inc. from 1995 to 2002. John began their career at Welch's, where they worked as a Supervisor from 1991 to 1995.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in contract manufacturing, procurement, transportation, and overall operations management.

John Jares completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of South Florida, specializing in Finance, Management, and International Business. John completed their MBA program from 1997 to 1999.
