Shane Addis

Shane Addis is a Client Success Manager and Innovation Engagement Program Lead at Cambia Health Solutions, with experience since June 2012. Shane also served as an Associate Business Designer for Innovation Force. Prior military experience includes a tenure with the United States Marines Corps Reserve from June 2002 to July 2011, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant and overseeing the training and operational readiness of over 80 Marines. In academia, Shane co-founded and co-directed the Veterans and Family Student Association at the University of Oregon, where efforts included organizing Veterans Awareness Week and raising significant funds for veteran-related initiatives. Shane holds an MBA in Business Administration from George Fox University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon.
