Tonya Adams

Tonya Adams leads the development, advancement, and implementation of Cambia’s clinical capabilities across all of the company’s regional health plans and manages the total cost of care for health plan members.

A seasoned healthcare executive, Tonya has 20 years of health plan business and operational experience. Before joining Cambia in 2019 as the senior vice president of customer experience and operations, she held senior leadership positions with Molina Healthcare, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Anthem.

Tonya brings a long history of community service. She currently serves on the boards of the American Heart Association and the Cambia Health Foundation. Additionally, she was part of a White House initiative in 2021 to help increase access to COVID-19 vaccines for vulnerable populations. In 2022, Tonya was honored as one of the Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence.
